Making an Appointment

You can make an appointment the following ways:

Please include details of the treatment / package you are interested in and the date / time you would like your appointment and I will try my best to accommodate this.

You will need to make a 50% non refundable deposit within 48hours to secure your booking. Account details will messaged over. If we do not receive your payment your booking will not be secured.

We would appreciate if you could arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to check in.  Our therapist will then escort you to a private treatment room specially designed for your comfort and relaxation. At all times, you will be warmly draped and only the specific body area being worked on will be exposed.

To ensure that the services you select are not contra-indicated, we request that you inform our therapist of any medical condition you may have and/or prescription medicines you are taking.
Please ask our receptionist/therapist for suggestions on other treatments, as many of our treatments are designed to complement each other.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations at less than 24 hours notice, a non refundable deposit will be kept, because the appointment could have been offered to another client.
Changing your mind about a Treatment:
If you change your mind about a treatment you have booked and wish to have a different treatment, please give 24 hours notice so that we can ensure that we have the appropriate equipment ready. If you change your mind on the day, we will try to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased for men or women and in various denominations. They are available in person from Body Inc. Lounge. We offer different ways of paying for vouchers including card, cash, electronic transfer.
We will provide vouchers once we have received payment. Vouchers can be sent by post if required with a small stamp charge.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift Vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified). Gift Vouchers must contain a valid authorising signature and expiry date.
Gift vouchers may be exchanged for any treatment or retail purchases.
Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and have no cash value.
If a treatment price is lower than the gift voucher value, we are under no obligation to refund the difference.
We reserve the right to permit small amounts of excess voucher value to be used against retail sales at our discretion.
