Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your non-refundable deposit being retained, as the appointment could have been offered to another client.
Changing Your Mind About a Treatment
If you’d like to change your treatment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advanceso we can ensure the correct equipment and time are available.
If you decide to change your treatment on the day, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it will always be possible.
